The Challenge

The Yamaura-Sprosts residence was a pier and grade beam foundation for a new home to be built.

Our Solution

First, we cleared the jobsite and began excavating the areas needed. This project required 100 piers to be drilled over various depths. It also contained tall ledger grade beam walls. Then we built the forms and poured the concrete. Once this was completed, we left the customers with a perfect foundation, ready for their new home to be built upon. This project was completed for recurring general contractor Bay Area Custom Homes.
